BP Freight was established in 1997 with its core business being road freight solutions to southern and central African countries. We are based in Kempton Park, 2 minutes from OR Tambo Airport.

BP Freight provides a freight service to the region. This includes full loads, consolidations and dedicated loads.

 Full Loads
These loads are based on 28 and 34 ton loads.

 Consolidated Loads
BP Freight provides a regular consolidation service to Harare. Cargo is consolidated in our secure warehouse facility in Kempton Park, We have our own office in Harare and when a consolidation truck arrives in Harare, the cargo is offloaded at one point in Harare and then distributed by BP Logistics in Harare. The consolidation service is also provided to Bulawayo, Zambia, Botswana, Malawi and Mozambique.

 Dedicated Service
We handle a number of dedicated loads, these are for smaller shipments that are very urgent and the client cannot afford any delays which may happen on a consolidated truck, these loads vary from a half ton, 1 ton, 2 ton, 4 ton and 8 ton trucks. For this we can offer open and closed trucks. The dedicated loads are also beneficial for cargo destined to outlying areas where there is no airport and a normal consolidation would not go.
 
We have our own people at Beitbridge that act on our behalf between the drivers, clearing agents and customs officials. This is to ensure that cargo gets cleared as quickly as possible.

 Transit Cargo
BP Freight also handles cargo coming from overseas destined for over border. We arrange a full transit service including the road freight, ports charges fees, road bond, customs supervisions etc..
